Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be amended by us at any time by updating them on our website. You should review these Terms and Conditions each time you access our website. By continuing to use and access our website you agree to be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions.
All rates are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). All bookings are subject to availability and are on request basis.
Bookings & Payments
Full pre-payment is taken at the time of confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability at the time and will be confirmed within 48 hours of initial enquiry. If the requested date is not available, an alternative date will be provided. No booking is considered confirmed until payment is received. Any additional changes will be invoiced prior to the event.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or processed via PayPal. The 2.6% PayPal processing fee is non-refundable.
Bookings are cancellable up until 14 days prior to the event/activity taking place. If cancelled within the 14 days, the total amount is non-refundable. If booking is cancelled outside of the 14 days a non-refundable 10% deposit is taken.
Failure to show on time is non refundable.
Any cancellation made by the customer, including weather conditions, must adhere to the above cancellation policy. Real time assessment may result in cancellation before, on arrival or during tours. In these circumstances the tour may be re-scheduled for a more suitable day.
In the event that an amendment needs to be made to the booking, be it date or number of people taking part, it is to be advised at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the experience and is subject to availability.
Bespoke Noosa directors, partners, management and staff shall not be responsible for death or injury to any persons, or loss or damage to any property due to a person’s negligence.
